Hi I found your site as I was searching for Tess Standley! I too dealt with your problem about a month ago as I was following up for my August 5 wedding. I am awaiting a refund as well but to this date have not gotten any feedback as to when it will come. I do have a stackful of email from her and the photography studio she used to share. I had to call them to track her down as her phone number was no longer in use. Let me know what you find out and I'll do the same.
